By using urvaram.com or placing an order with Urvaram (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.

Products and information

We take care to describe our vermicompost, vermiwash and other products accurately. Descriptions, coverage and usage guidance are general guides. Results depend on your soil, plants, climate and how the product is used, so we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.

Prices and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. Where a product is shown as “Request Quote”, the price is agreed with you in writing before the order is confirmed.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm each order with you before dispatch, and we may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, a pricing error, an undeliverable address, or suspected misuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking, through Razorpay) or choose Cash on Delivery where offered. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due when the order is delivered.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds in our Refund & Returns Policy. These form part of these terms.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and give accurate details when ordering. Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content, images or branding without our permission. All content on this site belongs to Urvaram or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
