• Payment information: online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or net-banking details are entered on Razorpay’s secure window — we never see or store them. We only receive a payment ID and the payment status.
• Technical information: basic details such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and, where enabled, website analytics.
• On your device: your cart and wishlist are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How we use your information

• To process, deliver and support your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To reply to your enquiries and quotation requests.
• To send our newsletter, only if you signed up for it. You can ask to be removed at any time.
• To keep our website working, secure and improving.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with:

• our delivery partner (iThink Logistics) — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order;
• our payment provider (Razorpay) — to take online payments;
• service providers that help us receive orders and enquiries by email;
• authorities, where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order and enquiry records for as long as needed to support you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Info@urvaram.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and payments are handled over secure connections. No online service can promise absolute security, so please keep your own devices and accounts protected.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
