Where we deliver
We deliver across India through our logistics partner, iThink Logistics. Cash on Delivery may not be available for every pincode.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
- The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Confirmed orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery time depends on your pincode and the courier. We confirm the expected delivery timeline when your order is dispatched.
- Remote locations, weather, or public holidays can cause delays.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier and tracking details with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Delivery attempts and wrong addresses
Please give a complete, correct address and a phone number that is reachable. If the courier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address or because nobody is available, the order may be returned to us, and we will contact you to re-send it (re-shipping charges may apply).
Bulk and professional orders
Bulk, professional and project supply is quotation-based. Delivery terms for these orders are agreed with you in the quotation.
